4. Wallet Balances, Top-ups & Deductions

• Non-Expiring Balance: Funds deposited into your user wallet do not expire and remain accessible for downloads as long as your account is active.
• Per-File Charges: Wallet credits are deducted strictly upon successful generation and delivery of a working high-resolution download link.
• Failed Link Protection: If our automated engine fails to resolve a file or the origin platform is temporarily unavailable, zero wallet balance is deducted.
• Promotional Bonuses & Coupons: Bonus credits granted via promotional coupons or tier recharge packages represent platform credits and possess no external cash or monetary surrender value.

5. Account Security & User Conduct

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and two-factor credentials. You agree to immediately notify GetStock of any unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, DDoS, or breach platform infrastructure.
